Today\, he faces a new kind of battlefield—one shaped not by soldiers\, but by signals\, screens\, and false narratives. \n\n\n\nMocanu will share his experiences confronting a tidal wave of disinformation: from Russian-backed television dramas\, music\, and satire targeting the West\, to black flag operations\, death threats\, and digital propaganda spread through Telegram\, TikTok\, and Facebook. \n\n\n\nFrom the streets of Chișinău\, to the entrenched bunkers of the Russian 14th Army\, just 42 kilometers away in Transnistria\, where Mocanu was born\, the threat is real and growing. \n\n\n\n“This noncombat war\,” he warns\, “is only getting worse.”
