Alianța is proud to sponsor the keynote address at the 2026 Vevey Forum on Leadership in the Atlantic World — featuring Andrzej Duda, Former President of Poland, introduced by Ambassador Adrian Zuckerman.
The Vevey Forum brings together leaders from government, civil society, and academia across the Atlantic World to address the defining strategic challenges of our time. The 2026 edition convenes May 17–21 in Vevey, Switzerland, organized in partnership with the Danube Institute (Hungary), Pepperdine University’s Institute for Diplomacy, Security, and Innovation, and allied institutions across Europe, Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East.
Alianța’s keynote sponsorship takes place on May 19 at the Lunch and Keynote Address session.
Forum Highlights
The five-day program brings together senior officials, former heads of state, ambassadors, military leaders, and policy experts for structured panels and working sessions on:
- The Future of Europe
- Freedom’s Fate in Latin America
- Africa’s Priorities
- Battling the Global Intifada and the Middle East’s New Map
- Atlantic Civil/Military Maritime Spaces
- The Atlantic Narrative: the Right Dialogue and Discourse
Notable participants include U.S. Ambassador to Poland Tom Rose, U.S. Ambassador to Canada Pete Hoekstra, NATO Parliamentary Assembly Secretary General Benedetta Berti, Retired General Tony Tata, and leading policy voices from across Europe and the Americas.
Alianța’s Role
Ambassador Zuckerman will introduce the keynote and participate in the May 18 late-night session „Living and Working with Donald Trump” alongside former U.S. Ambassador to Canada Pete Hoekstra and former Cabinet Secretary Robert Wilkie.
