Board Chair
Ambassador Adrian Zuckerman is President Donald Trump's former Ambassador to Romania (2019–2021). During his ambassadorship, he championed rule of law, energy security, and major defense and infrastructure partnerships, earning Romania's highest civilian honor, the Order of the Star of Romania, Grand Cross.
Marius Bostan
Marius Raul Bostan is a Romanian economist, entrepreneur and former Minister of Communications (2015–2016). A pioneer of Romania's municipal bond market, he champions digital transformation, entrepreneurship, and civic-education programs.
Claudiu-Daniel Catană

Cătălin Constantin Mihalache
Cătălin Constantin Mihalache is a retired Romanian Brigadier General and founding CEO of Black Sea Strategies. He spent over 30 years in military intelligence and diplomatic defense-attaché roles, served in multiple conflict zones, holds a PhD in Military Science, and now advises on defense and cybersecurity.

Florina is a doctor in Journalism and Communication and has worked with the United Nations as a Communication Specialist (New York City). In December 2018, the Embassy of Romania to the People's Republic of China awarded her the Centennial Excellence Award and in 2019 she received the "2019 Romanian Students of the Year in Asia" prize awarded by LSRS.
Raluca Bucur
Communications Director
Raluca Bucur is Communications Director of Alianta. She is the 2025 President of FORA (Federation of Romanian American Organizations) and founder of Ce Fain!, a curated marketplace bringing independent Romanian designers to the U.S. market. She also founded TransConcentric, a digital marketing and communications firm. She holds an MA in Communication, Culture and Technology from Georgetown University.
