US Ambasador to Romania from 1998 to 2001, Jim is co-author of Dracula is Dead: Travels in Post-Communist Romania with his wife, public broadcasting journalist Sheilah Kast. He is Chair of Patuxent Capital Group and of the Maryland Senate Democratic Caucus, as well as a Board member of the Council of American Ambassadors.

Founding Board Chair of Alianta, Mark was US Ambassador to Romania from 2009 to 2012, as well as former Chief Counsel to the US Senate Judiciary Committee and retired partner in the law firm of Mayer Brown. He was the first American of Romanian heritage to serve as US Ambassador to Romania.

Prior to joining Mega Company, Professor Oh was an associate at Patton, Boggs & Blow.

Allan Cruse is a retired professor in San Francisco who made his first trip to Romania with high school friends in summer 2011 and has been back once or twice each year since then, visiting 20 cities and villages by now, and joining Alianta's Board in 2015.
